I have been for remedial treatment for back problems, then took up regular yoga classes with both Karen and Kevin. The treatment was obviously tailored to my requirements, and Karen gave me some specific exercises to do on a regular basis to help my issues. The classes are as relaxing and taxing as you want to make them - excellent all round.

I had a treatment from Kev and it was very effective at stopping the pain I was getting. I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.
