Great coffee, but the atmosphere and the way the seatings are placed, just not veryConvenient or nice. It’s been refurbished but they need to change the way seating is in this store just never able to enjoy coffee sitting in

I felt absolutely disrespected by the vile customer service, I have never felt so discriminated against, I am a loyal Starbucks customer from day 1 of my life, and they were absolutely ableist towards me, demanding I leave the shop regardless of my difficulty breathing despite me just trying to use my atsthma pump, and dare to accuse me of smoking!!!!

I went today on 13.04 to get some coffee at around 6:50PM and as i went in i saw all the chairs on the top of the tables which means that the staff cleaned the floor, it was wet aswell.I don't understand why they cleaned almost 1 hour before the closing time (7:45PM).And outside is cold, the door was opened all that time.I don't think is ok that they clean 1 hour before closing time because the customers think that the Coffee shop is closed and they will not go in.That's not the first time this has happened.

Most of the staff here are lovely, however there are a couple who are so rude! No eye contact, no greeting, no smile, don’t acknowledge customers when they are standing in front of them, this is usually when the manager isn’t in. There are plenty of other options in Enfield Town now, I will be exploring those from now on.

These two people serving me were more then direspectfull saying i smoked when im a muslim man.We are all very religious and my friend had a asthma pump and she was making a mocker of it.she then made racial comments about my skin colur that has put me in a emotional state and nearly had a anxiety attack.

There is no information that the place is takeaway only. We had to buy another fruit toast because no one felt responsible for not toasting it. Also no brown sugar available.

I had wet soya latte, it was really nice, staff was really cleaning the cafe. After refurbished it looks much better..

Excellent service. Display case is out of order since many weeks . Starbucks management should look into it as mosquito everywhere next to display case .
