My local cleaners. Rose is great, no-nonsense, love her. They do a good job; give them good lead time as their cleaning is off-site and might take a little bit of time. My clothes always look great afterward!

3 stars for a good quality service with a terrible customer experience today. I came in as a returning customer with previous positive experience. The lady behind the counter was all but not welcoming. There are many good dry cleaners in Chiswick and unfortunately will not come again.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced, will not be returning. The woman behind the counter was incredibly rude, I felt very unwelcome, and some comments which she made were simply unacceptable.

Rose is always so so lovely and really makes the place welcoming for anything I need . I have a bi-weekly set of shirts that is always done bang on time and with the utmost care. Since living nearby for the past 2 years I wouldn’t know what to do without Barons. Thank you Rose!
