Ricky and Bella came to Kelsale Primary School during our Sports Fortnight and delivered archery sessions to every single class - 7 year groups - across our school! Their professionalism was second to none in addition to their thorough planning and design of each sessions - differentiating this for our younger children. They ensured that the site was safe and secure with signage and fenced off areas as well as providing us with a detailed risk assessment prior to the session. We had an amazing day paddle boarding with Ricky at a beautiful lake. He was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. What a stunning location!

I booked a 2hr 1:1 kayak lesson with East Coast Adventures to help improve my confidence and learn some more skills after buying my own kayak and wanting to take it out on unfamiliar water. I got some great tips both on and off the water about transporting the kayak, safety, weather/tide conditions, kayak strokes, clothing to wear etc. Ricky was really helpful and approachable and picked an incredibly beautiful spot to have our lesson, truly an area of outstanding natural beauty. Had a great afternoon, would definitely recommend & keen to book another adventure.

We booked the Summer Solstice SUP session with Ricky. Amazingly competitive price - I felt it was really reasonable. Ricky is super personable and friendly, learning everyone’s names (10 in our group) immediately which was great. Good kit and equipment, sensible safety brief without feeling as if we were nannied, and super relaxed on the water. Highly recommended.

My 15 year old son and I had a paddleboard session today at Waldringfield. Ricky met us at the water, provided all the equipment, gave us a safety talk and then showed us the basics of paddleboarding before we set off. We had a brilliant session on the river and found Ricky to be very knowledgeable, attentive and supportive.I would recommend ECA to anyone wanting to experience paddleboarding or any other activity they provide.

We would like to highly recommend East Coast Adventures. The team gave us the most fabulous afternoon, paddleboarding on their beautiful lake. As a group of nine, mainly newbies to SUP, we received brilliant instructions & encouragement from Ricky & Mandy who also ensured all participants were happy and felt confident.on their boards. All safety equipment is provided. There was no pressure to stand or feel out of your comfort zone. By the end we were standing, playing games and having an incredible afternoon of fun. Ricky was great for our son's 10th birthday party. Kept everything fun and safe. The kids had a fantastic time. And the birthday boy even got a card from the East Coast team. Little touches like that make for great memories. Thank you to Ricky and the whole East Coast Adventures team.

I just had a 121 paddleboarding session with Ricky at Waldringfield and loved it.It was my first ever time and I was a bit nervous that I wouldn’t even be able to get on the board, but Ricky was really friendly and took the time to explain and demo everything which really helped. I did in fact get on the board and even managed to stand up!I’d definitely recommend a 121 with East Coast Adventures for beginners as it gives you time to try it at your pace, get told all the info on safety, kit etc. and ask as many questions as you like.

Ricky was very patient and replied to all my questions. He put me and my friend at ease and we had a great time as newbies at paddle boarding. Thank you and I would definitely recommend it or use it again!

We had the pleasure of using East Coast Adventures for our first ever company Team Building event at Wivenhoe House, and we could not have been happier with them. Ricky and Bella were amazing hosts, and the activities that we chose were absolutely brilliant, they worked at bringing everyone together and encouraging the team building that the day was about. Every single person thoroughly enjoyed themselves and the activities went down an absolute treat.
