My son Max (3) hated getting his hair cut after having it cut elsewhere when he was younger. He loves coming to Route 66, the car, the tv and the lollipop make him look forward to it.

Took my little boy here this morning for a hair cut, he usually hates getting his hair cut and will cling to me and try and climb out of the chair, however with Natalie he did not mind atall, she sat and spoke to him and was very patient until he was ready for her to begin/carry on cutting. I wouldn’t go anywhere else or use another barber other than Natalie. Thank you! Xx

Second hair cut for my 17 month old baby boy with Natalie Kelly. She is so lovely and patient with him. I had a little anxiety as he's not used to getting his hair cut much but Natalie put me at ease instantly each time I have been. Lovely hair cut and will definitely be going again. Highly recommend.

I have been yesterday, but that lady was extremely rude, unkind and uneducated! Shouting just because I was touching my hair and moving my head! She even claimed because I was singing. And when I said Don't be rude
