A really good car park with 2 hours free. Also graft for electric car charging. The only problem is the large groups of smack heads who like to hand out in and around the car park, always looking for something to steal. It makes you feel a bit uneasy leaving your car there. Or Even walking to and from hour car.

Parked at a weekend £2 for the day. The car park is controlled by electronic shutters keeping your car safe. Ideal for visiting the Jason Kenny Centre.

Would have given 5 stars but I drove up to one of the 'doors' and it wouldn't open had to reverse in rush hour traffic to try another, thankfully that one did open. Like that it's secure but only really use this car park when I go to Bolton One for x rays etc. Way too far out of town for shopping for a disabled person. We need more town centre parking, unfortunately they are being closed, sold and built on.

There are good systems to secure cars. However one day l forgot my ticket on the payment machine. I could not find it after. It took more than an hour for someone to assist me to exit.

Awful experience. Booked in advance and the QR code wouldn't work. Tried calling the help button on the entrance, no answer for a good few mins and a queue behind me. Had to just get another ticket and pay again. Phoned the customer help centre. I was told there was nothing they could do to help and to try calling again on my way out. On my way out the traffic leaving the car park was so bad it took 20 mins just to leave the car park! Awful service will not be using again
