Rang Scurator ltd in regards to my upper bay window sagging, i was pretty worried about it being a serious matter but even just from my initial phone call with Greg he helped put my mind at ease that it wasnt as bad as i thought. He then came for a site visit, had a look at the damage and explained in simple terms the full extent of firstly what the damage actaully was, secondly how to rectify it and finally recommended some reliable companies that can fix it. Even after he left i was assured that if i require his assistance/guidance at anytime he is a phone call away which is greatly appreciated.

My property was struck by a car, so I asked Greg from Scurator to survey the property to assess the damage. He came at very short notice, took his time to provide a comprehensive assessment and to give some really helpful initial recommendations, prior to providing a very detailed report. I have since used his report to commence proceedings with the insurance company, builders and scaffolders. I can't thank Greg enough for his speed of response and detailed assessment.

I needed a structural engineer report for a property that I was in the process of buying, I was also having a hard time with estate agents. Greg from Scurator Ltd. Offered invaluable advice throughout what was an increasingly difficult time.Greg (at the last minute) went out and viewed the property, his knowledge and person centred approach to clients is second to none. He found problems within the report that would cost an eye-watering amount of money to fix. Thank you Greg.

We needed a Structural Engineer at short notice and I contacted Gregory. He was amazing, I described the issue, he asked me to send some photos and did desk research for us, prior to a visit. Incredibly efficient, pragmatic and knowledgable. Would highly recommend him and should I need a structural engineer again, I wouldn't consider contacting anyone else.
