MH Heating Solutions installed a new boiler and radiator for us in April. Very competitive quote. Engineer arrived on time with boiler up and running same day. Area left clean and tidy. User friendly website. Excellent customer relations and communication from Elaine to arrange date and details of installation. Follow up call after work completed. Promptly received certification and information of future maintenance services.We would definitely recommend this company and certainly use their services again.

MH Heating solutions were recommended to me by a friend who uses them for servicing his boiler. From the start I was impressed with their professionalism and punctuality. The quote for replacing and relocating the boiler, and all the radiators in a two bed terrace was very good value (a detailed pricing list was supplied for all the components with the quote) and an installation date was promptly arranged. The installation proved to be a bit more complicated than originally thought (old terraced house !) but was still completed on time and in budget. The quality of work was excellent and the team of fitters were very hard working, cleaning up thoroughly after themselves. I would highly recommend them.

We recently used MH Heating to replace our existing warm air heating system with a wet system. It was a project that we had delayed for several years because we were aware of the disruption that it might cause to our household. From the first visit, Martyn allayed our fears with his positive and professional approach. Elaine project managed the work and maintained communication with us throughout. She was always there for us if we needed help and was very knowledgeable. The plumbers arrived on time each day and worked really hard to complete the job. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were clean and tidy workers, as was the electrician. The job was started and finished on the dates quoted and we are thrilled with the result.

We recently had a new Worcester Bosch Gas Boiler installed by MH Heating Solutions. From the start of the process to the final installation of the boiler everything has done in an efficent, pleasant and timely manner. Work was carried out to a high standard and at a competitive price. I can fully recommend this company.

No fuss quote and installation of a new Worcester boiler. Always like to do business with people who do what they say, for the price they say. Excellent communications throughout by Elaine in the office who made sure all the paperwork was done. On installation day, work started at 8 and was completed by 3. No mess and the hallway might actually have been cleaner than before the work started! Great job.

I received nothing but a 5 star service from MH Heating.My old boiler broke beyond repair unexpectedly ( inherited from old owner). I rang MH Heating and they came out within the next 2 days for a survey and promptly booked me in for an installation of a new boiler. They also have a nice text function which tells you how far an engineer is from your property.The lady who handled the registration of the boiler and the appointments was courteous and always went the extra mile to see that I was happy with the service.The gent who installed the boiler was friendly and even cleaned up after himself with his own vacuum.I'll use them for all gas and plumbing from now on. Saw a mark on our ceiling Tuesday night and found that we had a leaking pipe in the space between the ceiling and bedroom floor.Am new to the area but had used MH heating solutions to service our boiler last year.Gave Elaine a call to see if she could help and she was great, managed to get one of her guys round to sort things out for us on Wednesday.Really grateful for all the help they gave and would like to mention Liam the plumber. Very pleasant and professional and seems to enjoy his job.Would definitely recommend that you give these guys a call if you have a problem based on our experience a well run and friendly company to deal with.
