Karen is a great agent. Very experienced. Only feedback would have been to have allowed us access before exchange which we requested numerous times. We received the house in a shocking state and it really ruined the experience for us as a couple. The owner told Karen they would clean it when we got access only after exchange..before completion.This never happened! It was part of the contract to clean the house and pick up glass. I stepped in some glass they never picked up and had to go to hospital. I spent 7 days washing kitchen cabinets in a heatwave while having to get the rental ready for hand over. This has been the toughest experience for us ever whilst paying a lot of money for a house.

Me and my husband would like to say a HUGE thank you to Karen Trace and her team for all their support through out the purchase of our property! Karen was able to schedule a viewing on the same day at a time that was convenient for me after work hours.If we had any questions or concerns they were always reachable either by email or telephone and would always call us back if requested.The purchase of our property exchanged and completed within 5 weeks of our offer being accepted by the sellers. As a buyer having spent almost 18 months getting outbid on asking price offers for a time sensitive purchase, I viewed a property marketed by Karen Trace. The property was priced fairly and it was very easy to arrange a prompt viewing. Tyla did a great job of showing us around and was friendly, on time and helpful with our questions. When making an offer, Karen was friendly and easy to talk to and listened to my situation and put our case across to the seller. Karen always called when she said she was going to and kept us informed throughout the process. Unlike other agents I have dealt with I really think she cared and did what she could to help us. I would definitely recommend Karen Trace whether you are selling or buying.

Karen is excellent to deal with, and will go the extra mile to help in the process of buying/selling property. In my dealings with her, she was always on hand, always trying to help get the relevant parties to talk, and happy to carry out duties which weren't necessarily her responsibility, to try and smooth out what can be a rocky road. She's prompt, communicative, and has an upbeat personality and is honest, and that's now showing with her growing business, and the trust more and more people are putting in her.
