The manager, J, is a wealth of knowledge and always happy to help. J is friendly & professional and I've seen them put nervous new customers at ease too. Also great to have a shop like this with a fully lgbtqia+ inclusive attitude.

J (the manager) was very helpful and polite. I wasn't bit nervous going in but they calm my nerves. Lots of choice in there and good to have shops like is so you can see the products before you buy.

Don’t understand the Negative reviews for this place. Never had a problem in here always a good selection of things to try out alone or with the partner and the staff have always been polite and knowledgable. Only sketchyish people I’ve seen in here have been some of the customers who are obviously just a bit shy or something

I was very surprised to come across, to be polite, a couple of negative reviews. I have found nothing but excellent, warm and professional help from the manager J. The man in the shop is a creep me and my partner went in for a quick look and just kept following us around, he then had the nerve to come and touch her on the shoulder without any consent, never ever going back there again

My bf and I visited for a specific toy , we was a bit unsure as there was so much variety in store and didn’t quite know which one to go for! J came over and was super helpful and knowledgeable about this type of toy, we felt really comfortable as it was our first time in a shop like this together! We left very happy and we picked the right one! Thanks for all your help will be back soon!

Such a wonderful and welcoming shop with knowledgeable and helpful staff. I feel really comfortable going in there as it is bright and modern inside. I bought some great lingerie and toys. I would highly recommend it.
