Swansea were very good in diagnosing and fixing the fault on our 208, I’m just disappointed in the Car not having enough battery power to drive all the systems on the car , a modern day car should not have a low battery this time of year, and all through the summer we had, the car should be putting enough power back in .

Excellent. I have been using Swansway Chester since i bought my Pug 308 from them some 5 years ago and i will not take it anywhere else.Most recent visit was for an annual service and MOT and from the first contact with Donna, (lovely chat while she updated my servicing/MOT schedule), to the work co-ordinated by Piers with the very informative vehicle health check video, the service was first class.

very polite and dare i say pretty girls on reception. car was returned to me in pristine condition. work was carried out to factory standard. showroom /reception area was immaculate. a lovely dealership in my book. will use swansway for my next service. many thanks to the service dept.

Performed a service, MOT and cam belt change very smoothly and quicker than I expected. Even sorted a couple of minor issues found without extra charges. Check in and general communication etc...was very professional. Car nicely cleaned before collection too. Very happy with the services and will definitely return. Thanks!

No complaints........vehicle taken to the location for a service. All staff polite and approachable. Had a phone call when the car was ready to collect and again no issues......at the end of the day can't fault anyone at the location
