Visited this shop twice on my recent visit to Cornwall. Quite possibly the best crystal shop I have ever been to I and I have been to a fair few. A fantastic selection of crystals including less common ones and one off larger unique pieces. The same applies to their fossil collection too. They also have a good selection of beads and jewellery making materials which l don’t see often. I was surprised to see so many negative reviews about customer service, all I can say is that ours was pleasant. It’s a shame they don’t sell online, even on other platforms as I’d probably buy more!

Although they do have some beautiful trinkets and crystals, the customer service is bad. The woman on the till forgot to give me a bag for my things, so I had to ask. Also, she was on the phone and was ignoring most of the customers apart from this 1 family who looked like they were spending alot. It's a nice shop, but staff aren't so great.

Absolutely lovely shop and owners me and my son visited today and purchased a few crystal pendants which are beautiful. Some rare finds and a huge selection of crystals and crystal pendants to choose from along with other beautiful items. The lovely ladies at the counter were very helpful and friendly

Been coming to this shop for years, such a good range of crystal pendants and reasonable prices too. I did have to wait for a little while to pay whilst the person behind the counter had a conversation with a friend? But otherwise I love coming here whenever I visit Tintagel.

A wonderful shop that is one of the highlights of our holiday so far. The lady managing the desk was extremely helpful and insightful and a pleasure to talk to.

This shop discriminated against people with disabilities or mental health issues.Under the disability discrimination act 2010 you are breaking the law by now allowing people without masks to enter your store!Please look up this act and change your discriminative sign

I don’t know what happened here during Covid but I was nearly put off visiting by the reviews from that time. I’m glad I went along anyway- it’s a lovely shop, the lady working there today was kind and helpful to me and my two daughters, and we didn’t see any signs asking for masks etc. So I assume that whatever went on during that season is now over. Would visit again :)

I went today with my 2 young children. My daughter wanted a witches wand. The lady in the shop was so great with my kids and so so patient. Such a wonderful shop. Their stuff is beautiful, great place to visit. Definitely the best shop in Tintagel.

This shop owner shows a disgusting disregard towards people with disabilities. A lovely lady has been deeply upset and humiliated in this shop... Screamed at, for innocently exercising her rights. This lady brought her custom in support of a local business, at a time when small businesses need it most, and was verbally attacked and thrown out for her efforts.Anyone who believes in protecting human rights should boycott this shop.
