Dream Nails Loughton

I came here to do nails for my wedding. Checking first the reviews and pictures I thought the quality will be better than in the Asian nails salons but it wasn’t unfortunately… I felt all process is rushed and not focused on quality… one nail was glued really crookedly and I let the lady know about this but she said after filing it will be okay but it wasn’t… maybe I had just bad luck with inexperienced person? If it wasn’t for my wedding maybe wouldn’t be a big deal but it was my wedding :((

Paid for my girlfriend to get her nails done today, she was so happy with the results. Thank you to the girls for looking after her today. 100% recommend!

I had a manicure and pedicure on 25 August ahead of my holiday the following day and appreciated being offered a late cancellation. On leaving the appointment I noticed my nails were rough to both view and touch - see images attached. It was not evident at the time of leaving due to the amount of moisturiser used. I emailed the owner who offered the opportunity to revisit, after I clearly explained I was on holiday abroad. Then I'm offered the opportunity to visit in the future with a 50% discount, which feels very 'commercial'. I also find it insulting that I'm interrogated with requests for more and more photos it's evident from the attached the poor quality of their work. Both my hands and feet were in a shocking state and looked better before I visited. A refund should have been made. Whilst writing a review, I would also share that shop is overly busy because they squeeze too many people in and doesn't feel very 'spa'. There are many service providers in Loughton, I would use one of the others as this is a poorly run business that's only focus is their commerciality.

I have been gong to Dream nails for several years now and can safely say this is truly the best salon. The staff are all amazing, friendly and always happy to go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy! Well done girls you do a fantastic job!

So happy with my nails! Went to dream nails for the first time and had my nails done with Meg. She is brilliant at what she does and is a lovely lady, felt right at home chatting away whilst she worked wonders on my nails. Thank you so much Meg, I will back again soon!

I’ve been to Dream Nails a few times now and couldn’t rate them more highly - my nails have never looked better!Staff is very professional and always willing to accommodate for my requests. I had my treatments booked elsewhere and was let down.It was short notice as I was going away and booked with the owner but for some reason she wasn’t available and passed me onto Rene, have to say what a lovely person Rene is. I had waxing done and gel nails. The nails were perfect and I returned to her again just last week and will be visiting again shortly so will be my third visit.So many people have commented on my nails, she truly is exceptional.

My daughter went here for the first time and she said she absolutely loved the experience, the salon was beautiful and clean and the service was amazing, she enjoyed her time with her nail tech and will definitly come here again, her nails were done wonderfully and exactly how she wanted and didn't take to long. amazing, and one of the best salons she has been too !!!!
