D&M | Windows & Doors

Very happy with our aluminium Royale 'stepped' casements that were fitted into our existing dormer window. Have been looking for a long time for a window company who would fit this specific window casement, to match in with other windows in our period house, so was really happy when the manufacturer suggested D&M who were local to me. Experience from the quotation right through to installation was very positive. The casements themselves are extremely good quality. The fitters did an excellent job, were professional and polite and left everywhere clean and tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommeding this company.

Wonderful service by both Michelle and Stephen! Michelle was very good in her admin job, replied messages and questions very quickly and got what I needed very effectively. Stephen was really great in his job and I have managed to arrange an appointment much quicker than the rest of the shops I have enquired and got my damaged glass window replaced and fitted nicely! Really satisfied with their services!!

Really great company who we will definitely use again!They helped us design a new front door at a much more reasonable price than many others, and in a design we far preferred! The people who came to fit it were friendly, professional and did a great job, leaving the area really clean. Can’t recommend them enough.

We've had pretty poor service from D&M. Unfortunately for us they came recommended by friends. We spent ~£3k on their product: there were delays and poor communication.The product itself was eventually installed by their fitters who did a good job. Since the fitting we have discovered that the lock/door mechanisms are of very poor quality and these have had to be repaired several times (not by D&M as there is a excess" policy that excludes these vital parts!).Perhaps other customers who buy a different product fare better because of this. Overall we are very disappointed

Second time we've used these guys, first the front door last year and then two bedroom windows this year. Great job, friendly installers and no post install issues. Thanks!
