We have just let our property and have used Aston & Co to source the tenants. We chose them because we have been pleased with their service previously.From the initial appointment with Harry to view, through to the handing over of the keys to new tenants, the service has been very efficient and effective.Graham & Julian are the two people who handled the enquiries, prepared paperwork and conducted viewings and throughout, we have been kept informed of progress.There has been nothing negative about their service and indeed, being able to leave the letting process to them whilst we painted and cleaned ready for the new tenants has been really helpful.Would I choose them again, yes definitely. Would I look elsewhere next time, no I wouldn't. They are knowledgeable and professional and very easy to deal with.

Just sold my property with Richard and his team and wanted to say what a great experience it has been.Charlie kept in regular contact and was always available to solve any problems.The house went on the market early January, had a good solid offer within a couple of weeks ( more valuable than a fragile offer) and completed at the end of March.We agreed a set fee on the outset that I was more than happy with, totally recommend this company.

I've sold 2 houses with Astons now and couldn't fault there extremely high standards of communication and customer service. There team from start to finish make buying and selling so easy.There's always someone at the end of the phone to answer any of those questions you need answering no matter how big or small.I would highly recommend to any of my friends and family and will definitely be using them again...

Had an amazing experience with Aston & Co - they came out to value my property within 24 hours of calling them (some agents didn't even get back to me!) I felt they offered a realistic selling price, they communicated in a timely manner and all the staff were very helpful - I was happy with all the photos they took but they didn't like one particular photo so they came out the next day and took another which I thought was fantastic!! will certainly use them in the future - Thank you Aston & Co
