The entrance to the vets are a bit narrow and you can miss it if you take your eyes off a second. They have a parking space inside. Staff are very polite and helpful. I love the vet and the vet nurse who treated my cat. Lovely people . Prices are reasonable. Monthly plans are slightly higher but worth it. Would recommend it . Very clean environment as well.

The receptionist Kirsty is fantastic, the vets are too. Won't oversell things that your pet doesn't need just for the sake of making money and will provide the right solution for whatever is bothering your pet. Great service!

Always approachable and helpful. Friendly and professional veterinary team. Clean and bright premises. Our many pets over the years have attended different veterinary clinics but we've found this is by far the best. Would recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic vets. Was seen before appointment time as arrived early. My two babies were seen early and in the same appointment. They had a health check, microchipping and their first vaccination. The vet then gave me some worming and flea treatment for them. The cats are now back at home and have a clean bill of health. Be back in three weeks for their second vaccination.

I was worried about my cat so called this morning and got an appointment this afternoon. We felt very welcome and were seen quickly. The vet was so kind and gentle with Fawkes and showed he really cared. Thankfully I was purely paranoid and Fawkes is absolutely fine if a bit disgruntled by being taken out for nothing! :)

The Manor Vet Surgery was recommended to me when I moved to Rochester in June 2022. My dog Pickle has been twice and on both occasions the staff were friendly and professional. I'm very very happy with the service and support they offer. The VIP plan is also worth looking into ..... Very Cost effective if you're watching the pennies.

Great vets. Rang at short notice and got appointment same day. Was not registered there but they helped me out and got me and my dog registered. Would highly recommend

This is the best vet practice I have ever used, I wouldn't even consider going elsewhere from now on.They saw my newborn puppy as an emergency and even came out to the car park to great him and make sure he went straight it. They treated us with compassion and genuine care for the animal they were looking after and also our emotional wellbeing.Each and every person we dealt with at the practice was friendly and very knowledgeable. All advice was given professionally but warmly and also without judgement. They seemed to really care, not just go through the motions and they made a very difficult time a lot easier.I also found the pricing very reasonable considering the level of care and expertise. Would recommend to anyone.

They are simply amazing! I got late as the traffic was worse than usual, but they still see us. The doctor was so patient and answered all the questions we had! I just think that they are the best in the area!
