Absolutely tw#ts. Been lied to for over 3 hours this evening wasting everyone's time. Driver says no answer so card left. Watched him drive past to a delivery 300 yards away then drove back past. No card, no attempted delivery and utter lies. Online chat advisor says they have proof proving where he tried to deliver to via longitude and aptitude so I checked. Returned photo evidence from the details and also my cctv showing it was not my address but 150 yards away and he never even left the van. The chat handler said he spoke with the depot and driver returning. 3 hours later and guess what nothing. Not the first time this has happened either. Nothing but an audit cover up for yodel figures, always an excuse for non delivery. Worst delivery courier I've ever experienced. My virgin media router was meant to be delivered on 8th August they missed the delivery due to delays" I couldn't physically be in to have it delivered the next day so rearranged to have it delivered to my parents house

Biggest joke ever, why oh why are companies still using this service. I'm not at home in the week, so get all my parcels delivered to my place of work. Every other courier company can find the place without issue. The yodel service however, clearly can't or more likely the driver can't be bothered because it's too far out of his or hers delivery area. I have raided countless complaints, sent pictures of the building, screenshots of the location on google maps, seriously I've sent that much information, you could find the place blind folded.. once you've memorised the information.

Waiting on a parcel that was scheduled for delivery Friday, didn't turn up, was sent back to the depot on Saturday for no reason. Now its Monday and no update what so ever, im a mobile barber so being told to wait until 9pm is stopping me from being mobile and earning money (fridays and Saturdays are my busiest days). Honestly the worst delivery service I've ever seen. Makes not want to use any company that uses yodel as their delivery provider

Impossible to speak to a person by phone despite the number being for customer services; it's just an automated tracking info line.Live chat is useless as it's someone that speaks broken English so they don't understand what you're asking and won't answer a question other than with a scripted answer. Wouldn't let me register a complaint.

Drove to Warrington depot to collect my parcel, as directed by the delivery email I received. Waited 25min in reception to be told they couldn't find it in the warehouse. Receptionist said she'd call me to update. No call. I'll have to go back to the depot to find out where my parcel is, as the helpline is a waste of time. The parcel is a virgin media hub, so I'm losing out on my service contract. Not happy....

Yodel, not even worth giving a star rating.. just awful service, no one seems to have a clue what day it is and when using their live chat service you are taken around the houses with no straight answers, i have now been waiting for my parcel for 10 days. i would rather they be honest and jus say sorry that they have lost it, instead they say it isn't lost and the depot are trying to find it and will be posted in 48 hours, this was 5 days ago, and still they give the same answer every day that i have contacted them on that it will be coming tomorrow, but guess what tomorrow never comes, Yodel you really need to get a grip and improve your services

Another lost parcel, no way of speaking to anyone in the UK let alone the Warrington dept. Lord knows how they lost the parcel the size of it.. Only parcel I've ever had lost via a delivery company. Absolutely running a cart and horse through the Yodel name single handily, Lord knows what's going on at this depot..

My parcel has been stuck at the depot for days. Keep getting told it out for delivery today for 3 days but nothing. Absolutely a waste of time.

Never use this company. I ordered trainers from Office Shoes the first time they didn't deliver and returned to the retailer. I contacted Office shoes they sent it back out. 3 weeks now everyday it's says out for delivery still haven't arrived. I have rang complain to Yodel 5 times spoke to a manager who said they will send them out as priority next day. Still not delivered that was over a week ago. Office shoes said they will look into it but heard nothing. Don't buy from Office and certainly don't use Yodel. The Manger said their drivers are a joke and said the depot is in a mess. BE WARNED ⚠️
