Four Acre Chemist

I’ve been waiting for my medication to be delivered for a week. I rang up to be told “they said they won’t deliver it” so I said “what should I do, I can’t walk very well and don’t drive” he said “what do you want me to do about it” I asked him why haven’t I been told that the medication couldn’t be delivered and he said “my bad, I don’t work here all the time”. Your member of staff is the rudest person I have ever spoken too. This person is dealing with medication to poorly people like myself and has no consideration or respect for anybody. I am absolutely furious that this is how I have been treated. I’m currently sat here having a gallbladder attack and the medication that they should of delivered is the one to help me during an attack. You really need to consider your employees position at the chemist because he is going to cause a death by being so negligent. I will be taking this further.

Great pharmacy!! Courteous & friendly staff. Always prompt, how they dispense so quickly (if not already have it prepared for you if sent over by EMIS Access) in comparison to the other local pharmacy is bizarre - your in & out & I can guarantee if you ask for a OTC medication that isn’t in stock it is the next time you call.. I don't know the man's name he's not the pharmacist but he goes above and beyond, he is so friendly and always recognises me when I come in! Excellent customer service!

Fantastic pharmacy, staff always friendly, helpful and extremely professional whether visiting the shop or on the telephone, which I might add is always answered quickly. Repeat prescriptions ordered via the telephone have always been correct when picked up. In the past I have used a much larger chain pharmacy located just around the corner from this one. Where I was completely disgusted with the service, or rather lack of service they provided. WELL DONE Four Acre and thank you.

Terrible service. Derek simpkins, the main pharmacy is rude, ill-mannered and unhelpful. Last week he assaulted by forcing me out of the shop because I had the temerity to show up at opening time. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY

Temporarily closed on Saturdays due to lack of chemists. I'm sure this will be remedied soon. Some of the staff are lovely and others are downright rude, especially on the phone. Maybe some re training will help and if not well.....

The staff are so rude and un reliable, yet again been left with no medication. Iv been taken of blister packs and told to sort my prescriptions myself. This i did expecting to receive tablets after 2 working days only to be told when i phoned i might get them today or could be tomorrow, 4 days later.You get your medication when it suits them not when its needed

The opening and closing times on there website are incorrect. Pharmacist is very blunt and rude, there closed when they should be open so you carnt pick up your prescription.Website needs updating.

I transferred my repeat prescriptions to this pharmacy, having previously been using Boots at Ravenhead Retail Park. Boots have regularly been taking 10 or 11 days to process a prescription once approved by the GP and rarely seem to care about the length of queues in the shop.My experience at Four Acre Chemist couldn't be more different. Prompt dispensing and friendly, attentive staff. Proves how worthy smaller, local business are of our support.

My wife went 2 times I went 2 times for her and then they decide to say it wouldn't be ready until the next day. The GP SENT THE PRESCRIPTION OVER AT 15. 35 AND THEY ONLY CLOSE AT 21. 00 BUT IT WON'T BE BE READY SO SHE NOW HAS TO BE IN PAIN UNTIL TOMMOROW I JUST HOPE THEY DON'T HAVE RELATIVES IN PAIN.
