HML Home Improvement Service

We used HML paint to put wall paper on 3 feature walls in our house. Out of 3 walls 2 had issues: the rolls were put in a way that left wide gaps once the wallpaper dried; a day after application the paper started to come off in a couple of places. When we called HML about our issues with their work they first agreed to come and fix it. However, despite our (albeit not very persistent) chasing they later refused to do anything about it. They were also rude when talking to us. So now we are stuck with two poorly done walls and will probably have to pay another company to fix HML’s issues. If you can avoid these guys I recommend you go to someone else.

HML have done an excellent job fitting porcelain tiles in my living room and hall. They were punctual, kept me informed and were polite and professional. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

HML wallpapered a room in my home. Within a few weeks the wallpaper was coming off the wall in several places. While they offered to come fix the issue, like Anna's experience noted in her review below, I found my subsequent interaction with them unpleasant and at times unprofessional. I have decided to hire another service provider to fix the original job.

Great service, professional team, always on time and careful attention to detail. They did a fantastic job in my flat which included painting, wallpapering and some carpentry. Would definitely recommend them.

Malik and Rohi replaced wallpaper of one bedroom in Februrary. I was very satisfied with the quality of the work they did. Malik also gave me constructive suggestions on choosing wallpaper and I was impressed by his kindnes, helpfulness and patience. Based on their previous success, I have given them another big home project, which includes decorating living room, hallway, ceilings and another bedroom. The new project have just begun and I'm sure they would do well again.
