Always a good selection of perfumes to suit all ages and tastes. The staff are friendly and very patient. They are also very knowledgeable and always make brilliant recommendations. The prices are also very reasonable and I would highly recommend this store for purchasing a gift

Avoid this particular shop. I was ignored by their unknowledgeable staff. I was missinformed about my rewards, and received a very poor service redeeming my Birthday discount. The sales assistants here are not enthusiastic about their products or providing a pleasant retail experience. Would've been better at another Perfume shop outlet or online.

Bought a Tom Ford perfume and was refused the wrapping service, the manager told the staff member they were too busy to wrap a simple box, they had 3 customers in the shop! I was told to come back later, as i did, i was then told no, simple No!.Absolutely rude, I only come here and not boots because of the wrapping service, however no more, not a chance, avoid shopping here as the customer service is poor, they don't offer serives advertised by the company and the management need immediate customer service training.

Is a lovely brunch with a very good stock.The prices are also very low.I especially love the gift packs as they make amazing gifts.The staff ends to be slightly more proactive.

Good place to buy my favourite scents, usually make a purchase when there are special offers to be had. I received a discount on my recent purchase after making use of the recycling empty fragrance bottle offer.Also I love the personalised engraving of fragrance bottles and personalised ribbon wrapping.

terrible customer service I was in the store to choose a perfume I got no attention from the staff I felt like an intruder.The guy was busy with something under the shelf and didn't even deign to raise his head while his colleague was giving me and my husband a bad look. I never will come again!
