I booked a curly cut with Nuala and absolutely loved my experience from the moment I arrived at her salon. The staff were very attentive (thank you Ellie!) offering me a drink and a complimentary neck/shoulder massage. Even though the salon was very busy I didn't feel rushed through the consultation/cut/style. Nuala answered all of my questions and walked me through each step and product. When I turned 40 a couple of years ago :) my hair texture changed and it became wavy, curly and I had no idea what to do with it so I generally just pulled it back in a clip every day. My appointment was three weeks ago and I've been very pleased that I have been able to style it myself. I always find new styles intimidating but this has been an overall simple process to follow. Went to nuala morey on Wednesday and wow! What an experience! Nuala and her staff are all fabulous. I had a neck and shoulder massage and then nuala gave me five star experience with her incredible expertise and revived my curls! She explained what I needed to do to ensure my hair would remain like this when I got home too! Nuala was not only professional, helpful and fabulous at what she did. We also had a fabulous conversation and was just so lovely! I can’t wait to go back for my next five star treatment! Cut and blow dry has never been so luxurious! Xx

The best haircut and colour experience I've ever had!Drew made me feel very comfortable, took my ideas for the colour and cut on board, while giving her professional opinion as to what she thought would suit me best.The cut turned out excellent, and the colour is amazing. So much depth and bright.Normally when I have my hair dried at any other salon it never ends well - with Drew she made my curls pop. I found myself wanting to preserve them for as long as possible (they lasted 4 days).Honestly the best experience! Thank you so much!

Drew did a full transformation for me and I love it! I was yet to find someone who I trusted with my curly hair, it’s fine and takes a long time to grow - I wanted to go blonde but was nervous about being brassy, I needed a trim but was worried they’d get scissor happy. Can confirm I absolutely LOVE my hair, Drew was so great to chat to and did an absolutely amazing job on my hair, she really took the time to find out what it was I wanted and made it happen!I’ll definitely be sticking with her for the future!

This salon is the only hairdressers that has my complete trust. I've had my hair cut by Nuala Morey herself a couple months ago and then Georgia just last week. I always come with an idea of how I want my hair to look and both times they manage my expectations and deliver the best results. When diffusing I was talked through the products and how best to apply them to my hair.. Each time I go there I learn something new. Wonderful haircut with Ellie P. She has completely reinvigorated my curls and I have more volume than I've had in years! Ellie took the time to teach me about the products and how to style my hair, even providing a recap at the end. She explained what she was doing at every step, and paused regularly to answer any questions I had. A complimentary massage was included which really helped my headache! All the staff were friendly and helpful. I've already booked in my next haircut with Ellie and I'm really looking forward to it. If you've not booked before I would call the salon rather than booking online, to ensure you get the correct service for your curl type.

I’ve had a lot of traumatizing hair experiences so I always make sure to do extensive research before I visit a salon. Yesterday was my first time at Nuala Morey and it was absolutely amazing! I had a curly cut with Ali and she was very informative throughout my appointment taking me step by step with the process and products used. It was absolutely worth traveling to Bristol to get my hair cut and I will definitely be back again!

The only hairdresser I've gone to consistently my whole life.After not cutting my hair for YEARS I decided before I turned 30 to get it together. Had a great first appointment - probably the most comfortable I've ever felt in a hairdresser - and now I go back consistently for a wet cut meaning I don't spend hours getting it dried (which can be a pain with curly hair!) Don't think I'll ever go anywhere else honestly.

Booked my sister in for her first curly hair cut as a birthday present.Georgia was amazing, and worked really well with my sister who was very nervous due to previous bad hair cuts.Georgia gave my sister loads of advise on how to take care of her hair and what products to use.She gave my sisters hair a lovely shape. I have never seen it so curly!My sister is extremely happy with her hair now and will likely go back for another hair cut in the future.

I’ve been there three times now, it’s gotten progressively worse.Each time I haven’t gotten what I wanted/asked for, especially with colour. When booking on the phone and online I was told the same person will cut and colour my hair, this hasn’t happened any time.Everyone walks out with the exact same hair more or less. No matter their curl pattern going in, they end up with the same curls. The pictures look amazing, but it’s the amount of product! I was even told my hair should feel ‘slick’ from product. Every time within 30 minutes of leaving the salon and walking into town my hair is lank and so sweaty looking from the amount of product. Any form of moisture be it sweat or rain reactivates all that product and your hair goes right back to ‘slick’. My hair each time has desperately needed a reshape and they’ve spent maybe 5 minutes cutting it and then left me sat their until my colour and I see little to no difference in the cut.Also the staff don’t really seem to care that much. I had two young girls diffusing my hair and just talking to each other over my face. One hit me with the diffuser and laughed to her coworker, no apology.For the price they charge I would expect a far better experience.
