What a lovely shop with lovely helpful staff! No wonder they have a great cafe, cause it will take you a day to browse everything on both floors. Can place online orders, make a payment, arrange delivery. Comes on time, nice delivery guy, items beautifully and safely packed. Two flat pack bar stools to assemble. Dont get me started on the instructions, very clear and easy to follow, and parts, separately packed in clear plastic marked envelopes. Never seen any thing like it! Assembly was a doddle! Both look fantastic! Love Dunelm!

Great place for general homewares. The store is well stocked and has a wide range spread over two floors. There's even a coffee shop on the 1st floor. Quality of the products sold is always high and the staff always friendly.

Very impressed by the sheer size of Dunelm having two floors plus a cafe.Very clean and spacious aisles to enjoy browsing the many products .Everything is well set out and neatly stocked.Helpful staff to advise.Plenty of parking directly outside the building which makes it a very convenient store to visit.The bonus is the lovely cafe situated on the first floor. Plus public conveniences that were kept in very good order.

Excellent service by sales assistant lynette, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Great offers, Great Range of products at very good prices, especially with the promotional Sales on at the moment. Keep up the good work

Walked in, found what I'd come for, quick browse ,then out. There is plenty of parking, but it can get busy. Coffee shop is always popular & a good range of items, staff friendly & helpful

love going here especially coffee shop but sometimes do find lots of tables not cleared even if fully staffed and not busy and dont always find staff very friendly, a smile goes a long way and costs nothing.
