Rockhopper Sea Kayaking

My partner and I had an amazing time kayaking with Stuart on a guided trip. He was really friendly and knowledgeable, which made us feel very at ease and safe. We were provided with everything we needed and all in all just had a great time. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience. Our group was led by Rory from Rockhopper and he was absolutely amazing, so much energy and knowledge. He took one look at the water and knew the perfect place for our day's trip to take place. We kayaked out to and island, saw wildlife up close and the kayaked out to our own private beach for lunch, taking a quick - and brave - dip in the sea! It was just the perfect day. Had a half day trip as a group of 5 with Chris off Arisaig. Absolutely loved it. Communication was great from start to finish and Chris was a great host. He gave everyone confidence even though it was the first time some of the group had kayaked before. Chris was full of local knowledge and took us to an amazing beach. Highly recommended.

A lovely 3.5miles over 2 hours in Arisaig today.Very friendly, well organised and so helpful rearranging a trip that was postponed due to weather in May.And we even seen some seal pups beside us as we paddled.Thank you.

Used Rockhopper recently to provide guides and boats for our wedding on Lock Linnhe/Eil and also a half day sea kayak trip for 4 people.I cannot recommend them enough and throughout the whole process, from booking to the actual events, they were chilled out but professional.The wedding went without a hitch and the guys from Rockhopper made sure we all stayed together in the Loch and reassured some of the more water shy guests, making it an enjoyable event for all. We didn't have to worry about any element of the boating which was great for us.The sea kayak trip was one of the best experiences we have ever had. Taken to a lovely spot, with an impromptu guided tour from Stuart en route, meeting seals, eating haribo on a small sandy beach on an island and getting a lesson on how tides work. I'm sure we went over our half day!Nothing was too much trouble and we are thoroughly grateful.Hope to book an overnight trip soon.Thanks again to all at Rockhopper.

Stuart was absolutely fantastic on our guided trip at Glenuig. He was friendly and accommodating, and we felt very safe with him. 5/5 would absolutely recommend for sea kayaking around Fort William.
