LPG Conversions Derby / AUTOTECH

Be careful! Took our jeep to have a diagnostic done, it hadn't running properly and hadn't been clicking over to lpg. We explained the issues and were told he was 80% sure it was a blown gasket, sure enough an hour later I received a call to say that it had a hole in the cylinder and that the advise was to have a new engine put in. I went to fetch the car and paid the bill, which amounted to £48, half an hour's work! We then took the car for a second opinion, only to find out that there was no hole, no blown head gasket, no catastrophic damage! It was simply a air lock that needed bleeding and required some more coolant!

Went there due to a problem on my LPG. One of my coil failed and needed replacement. The job took around 10 minutes and cost me 70£ including the part (10£). The spare failed again two weeks later. On dismantling I found they used a used and cracked coil that was glued together...

I was recommended Auto Tech by a friend who had his Merc remapped a few years ago. I have 19 plate VW Touareg with lots of power, but I wanted an improvement in its mpg. After speaking with the technician, I had a clear and informed understanding of the process. The work was carried out on the date agreed and in the time quoted. I am so pleased with the results, the car seems to run a lot more smoothly and I am gaining at least another 10-12 mpg...Fantastic...

A disgusting service. The mechanic was arrogant, rude & dismissive. We was given an appointment for a vehicle to be repaired 6 week ago. When we’ve had the vehicle delivered the driver was turned away with racist sarcasm.

Went in to get some LPG.id not used it before and asked for help the receptionist was extremely rude. Needless to say I took my money else where.

Went in to fill up with LPG for the first time. Didn't find the chap overly friendly/helpful. Not to mention that the LPG is expensive there at 74.9p per liter. And when I got home I worked out he'd he over charged me. Will I go back there again? No, don't think I will. Lesson learnt!

Bargain LPG & LPG conversions using BRC components and a very neat and tidy install on our Corolla.Turbo diesel economy remapping includes before and after dyno results. Yielded an extra 15 mpg on our Ford S-Max.Family run, very friendly and knowledgeable.

In 2013 I had my car converted at auto tech it later transpired they used all second hand parts on my car please beware very dangerous behaviour
