Brilliant service at a fraction of the price I was quoted elsewhere. After snapping the lock mechanism and being left with a door we couldn't open, James managed to open it up, fit a temporary lock while obtaining a new mechanism and then fitted the new mechanism so we are all back up and functioning again.
