Very happy with my first appointment at Alta Hair Studio which I booked after the fantastic hair colour my teenage daughter got there. I was given excellent advice on the colour of my highlights and am really pleased with the results. The staff are friendly, take time to listen to you and make an excellent brew! I love the beautifully styled interior decor - the perfect environment in which to feel pampered.

Had my appointment in two appointments. Clare did a razor cut for me which other salons in the Chapel don't appear to do. Clare also went out of her way to accomadate my appointment and extended her booking diary which other hairdressers in Chapel are not prepared to do ( hairdressers near Hordens). The cut is fab and feel like I known Clare for years. So moving to my appointment with Izzy for colour amazing..........I felt like I was on my holidays and didn't want my time to finish. In such a short time you feel like friends, not laughed so much in along time (could of had a little accident.....but I didn't) Keep doing what you do.Welcome to Sophie and thanks for the hair wash Eve

Fabulous and friendly eco hairdressers. Claire has cut my hair beautifully for quite a few years and has recently given my children their first hair cuts too.My daughter has had some hair loss which is starting to grow back. Claire handled the issue really sensitively and gave us advice on how to grow and maintain the the style going forward.I always feel welcome here and find being able to book online really convenient.

A lovely salon with friendly staff. I felt so comfortable in Izzy's hands, she listened to what I wanted and gave advice/guidance to help me know what was best for my hair. Would definitely recommend!

Alta Hair is a fantastic salon - Claire has been doing my hair very creatively and fantastically for over 18 years - I often get compliments from strangers about my hair, (even in Saks New York!) - Claire cuts, colours and styles it so well, and I trust her implicitly - and my hair has had many different reincarnations. But more than that… it is such a welcoming warm friendly experience (with lots of laughs!) in the salon - I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Julia

First time in the salon and it was lovely to be greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The interior is gorgeous! Izzy was lovely and really got to know my hair goals. My hair really needed some love and it now looks and feels so much healthier. Looking forward to my next visit.

Another happy customer, Izzy did a great job styling and cutting my hair, the styling products used were of amazing quality, the hair massage was lovely and I enjoyed the overall atmosphere a lot. I will definitely return and recommend Alta to my friends.

The most beautiful, busy, friendly & happy salon!! I’ve know Claire for a few years & can not recommend herself & Izzy enough, offering so much hair care advice, attention & help on how to keep my hair in the best health! I know I can go for a treatment, brew and chat! Always leaving the salon refreshed! Also Rachel & Eve are always so attentive to my needs & I they all work so well as a team!
