Awful health centre. Whilst WFH I’ve been trying to get through to the reception for HOURS. Still unable to get through. All I want to do is rearrange an appointment. If you get paid to do a job, just do it. I’m sure picking up the phone is the bare-minimum. Yes patients can be annoying but picking up the telephone should be priority when there aren’t patients infront of you. Ridiculous. Will put in a complaint.

I have been in physio for months here. They print a leaflet with exercises that you could have googled yourself. If these exercises don't work, they just tell you that you are doing too much. They do not consider other types of therapy or care if you are progressing physically. When you don't have results, they just blame you without any facts and disregard your case.

I arrived for my appointment and was asked by the young lady on reception what appointment type I was there for. I replied MSK and was told to take a seat- without giving any further details. As time went by I saw many others being called in for there appointment many of whom arrived after me. Eventually as I grew more dissatisfied the lady on reception asked me what time my appointment was scheduled. I advised 8.45 ( now 9.30am approx). The young lady at reception then took my full name after another period of time. My name was finally called, relieved I approached the woman who had called me. This woman then informs me that she's sorry but the person who was supposed to be seeing me is off sick. I asked if I could be seen by someone else and was informed this was not possible. I was told that all staff had full diaries (despite the fact I counted at least 4 patients called who were not there). I had scheduled work specifically for this appointment and travelled with chronic back pain to get to my appointment. I love the NHS and think they do an amazing job but this practice is so poorly managed. I should have been informed before travelling to my appointment today that it was cancelled. Or I could been informed on arrival for my appointment of cancellation. There were staff present sat idle who could have been contacting patients to inform of cancellation. The worst customer service I have had in a long time! Waste of my morning and money for travel. Completely avoidable.

So I was today at the centre and two things need to be mentioned as this was my second time coming here.1 the reception staff today was understaffed aka only one person at the reception to deal woth everything and not take a toilet break or water break so Dany you deserve all the stars but you should not be treated this was and be overwhelmed while your colleagues are not at work.2 the physiotherapy doctors are brilliant from last week and this week. Thank you Ian and the doctor from last week that I forgot his name because my memory is of a gold fish lately but good service should also be on reviews not only the bad ones.I am so happy I am here to do this journey of recovery.Thank you again

I had my first appointment to day was seen by the male receptionist at 08.45 who treated me like I had germs no respect. Then to find out I had no therapist to treat me. Then at 09.15 a therapist did call me and to say I didn't want to see you today. I said why send me appointment. I was treated very badly sorry I'm never going back there againBad experience. The only people that were nice was the nurses who were taking blood. .

5 stars for the podiatrists and dieticians, 0 stars for the receptionists. I have been to this clinic 5-6 times for various things and every time I am impressed at how little intelligence and care there is in the reception staff. Today's review comes after being on hold for 1.5 hours to their main listed phone number (the same number given to my by Wittington hospital) - clearly I'm not in a phone queue, and their phone system isn't forwarding calls properly or I'm just a flashing light in front of a receptionist who isn't interested in taking my call.

I have to agree with others about the uncaring women on reception. She doesn’t have any sort of compassion or understanding of how to deal with people experiencing difficulty. Despite always telling them when I was ill and then asking to change to a later class, she told me I didn’t turn up when eventually booking the later class.I asked her to book the appointment and then put me through to someone in charge, which she then says yes ok and hangs up.When I called back she told me the person I need to speak to will call when he is ready. After trying to find the practice manager, she tells me he is a therapist in charge of that department. When asking her which health trust they are part of she does not know who that could be. The therapists are mostly very good here, just the reception/admin is very poor.

Firstly, the young female at the reception desk needs to be fired immediately, Secondly, fix the glitch in your system that is allowing GP surgeries to book blood test appointments, but upon arrival at the health Centre no blood test gets bookedI have encountered many rude unprofessional receptionists in my time, but nothing could compare to the rude girl at the desk when I went to check in.She was eating food and just staring blankly at me instead of greeting me in a professional manner she just sat there eating, being rude and wouldn't answer the phone at all leaving patients and clients holding on the line. This was a horrendous experience what is wrong with the NHS hiring untrained people like this shame on you . My blood tests were not carried out that day I had to go back to my GP, never again will I set foot in that door

Saw a Physio here who said she’d email exercises for me to work on. She forgot to send them so I had to chase for these and when they came through via email, you had to download an app and put in a password. No password was sent in the email. Have been chasing and chasing on the phone and never an answer. Thing is, I’ve had 4 to 5 appts here and it has always been practically empty - but they say they are ‘busy’ too busy to answer the phone … really?
