If you want genuine smoked fish, this is the place. None of that smoke flavoured nonsense here. Home made salmon mousse and beautiful honey too.Excellent!

Staithe Smokehouse
Highly recommended. This is a local business that smokes small batch catch and sells it to locals and visitors alike. Their smoked Kippers, Haddock and Salmon are gorgeous and are part of the wonderful menus at The White Horse Gastro Pub B&B and the outlet is in their car park to the rear of the Pub.

Walked along the coast path, had a drink at The White Horse marsh bar and found the smokehouse (have read about it), so curious to see what happening. Bought some smoked salmon to take home. Absolutely delicious! Visited Holkham food and drink event at the weekend and excited to see the smokehouse had an outlet, so bought more. What a find, surpasses any smoked salmon had before!

My wife just returned from a short break in north Norfolk and brought home a big slab of smoked haddock from you guys. The best smoked haddock I've had in 55 years. So good I just cooked it in a pan with butter, added a drop of water, covered it with a lid, a few minutes later it was gone. I didn't even bother with any sides" just the haddock. Beautiful

Had a Christmas hamper delivered. What a treat! Hot and cold smoked salmon, smoked shell on prawns, salmon mousse, smoked mackerel. In a beautiful basket and all of it delicious. Reminds us of sunnier days up at the coast. Highly recommended

Just had the most wonderful smoked haddock for supper. Totally fab, great quality produce. We bought at North Creake farmers market...so lucky to have such great smoked fish on our door step.And the smoked salmon mousse is outstanding as well.Great stuff Staithe Smokehouse
