Had issues with electric connection on my tow bar. This guys know what they doing! Such a friendly staff! due to old connection done in messy way and time which they spend to make it right i was expecting much higher bill but still charged me so fair.To anyone who would like to do tow bar, don't wait till seasons starts!do it now with these guys!

Fantastic service, were able to fit front passenger window same day, were great at communicating how long the job would take, very friendly staff, and great value considering it didn’t cost much more than going through insurance and I would have had a long wait with insurance. As a bonus, once I had paid and got back to my car, I noticed the team had done a great job of vacuuming out the broken glass that had gone everywhere. This really made my day as I wasn’t in the best of spirits having been broken into the previous evening, thanks so much folks!

We were looking for a tow bar suitable for our car with parking sensors and reverse camera. Most quotes were around £800 mark as others were adamant we needed a detachable with dedicated wiring. Got in contact with 1st choice, who are specialists in Hyundai’s, who assured me that with my age car and sensors, I would only need a swan neck with universal. Managed to get it sorted for half of the price. Friendly knowledgable staff and are not in for money grabbing and clearly just want happy customers. Still yet to buy our trailer and give it the true test. Otherwise customer service is 10/10. Would recommend, and got it sorted in a good time frame.

Great, fast service. I had to have my windscreen replaced and my insurance company quoted me one month to get it sorted but I contacted 1st Choice Windscreens and they were able to source and fit my new windscreen the next day.
