Suzanne has the patience of a Saint, I hate form filling and as expected in hiring a motorhome there's a lot of admin but suzanne was always on the end of a message responding very quickly clarifying any of my queries. This service didn't stop once I paid up and we were on our holidays, litterally within a few minutes no matter what time it was she was in the end of a phone talking us through things we could fathom out. We also needed to get home 24 hours early and their flexibility to meet us on a Friday night was above and beyond . You can't go wrong with the service they provide so hurray and book a holiday you won't regret it. Henry was our mobile home and we had no issues driving it, it was a very pleasurable drive. If I had one suggestion it would be to have more out door equipment such as chairs and small table to eat outside. There is only so much I could fit in my car with 2 dogs taking up both rear seats .

I don't normally write reviews but I thought that the exceptional service we received from start to finish from OLIMAX warranted me taking the time to write one.We hired Max for 7 nights to travel around the Scottish Highlands. There was myself and my partner and it was our first experience of hiring a motorhome.I paid my initial deposit to reserve the dates in May and was allowed by Suzanne and James to make 2 further payments closer to departure date to pay. A few days before I received the invitation to pay my £1000 deposit (for insurance purposes).I then received further communication with what happens on the day of departure (handover) and also a link to a video on YouTube specific to the motorhome we hired. It made handover on the day a lot quicker and we were soon on our way.1st night we stopped at just outside Edinburgh after spending a few hours at Portobello beach. We did some shopping and can confirm the fridge with small freezer-box was more than adequate for a few days supplies. We slept up above the cab the first 2 nights and it was huge. I'm 6ft 2 and 15st and it was a really comfortable nights sleep as we didn't want to mess about turning the table into a bed.On the 3rd night we decided to make up the bed where the dining table is and it was so simple to do taking less then a minute. The bathroom in Max was also more than adequate and had lots of storage space.Cooking facilities were great with the cooker and hob more than sufficient cooking for the 2 of us.On day 5 we wild camped in the grounds of Ben Nevis and the lighting and electronics in the van worked a treat as we were quite anxious about it but had no need to worry as it turns out because the TV worked off the 12v socket and we also had my laptop with WiFi just in case.I have to say that we did nearly 1200 miles in the week touring round the highlands and the Max never missed a beat and was so comfortable to drive.I would recommend OLIMAX 100% and have family members and friends who've seen our photos and are now jealous and seriously considering an adventure with OLIMAX themselves.A 5* experience for me and the missus and we will definitely be hiring again.Thank you so much Suzanne and James

Hired Henry for one week with a friend, booking was simple on the website, Suzanne and James very good at answering any questions and queries quickly and efficiently. James gave a very informative demonstration at vehicle collection, explaining all the van for novice campers! The van was very spacious and more than met our requirements. Would definitely recommend hiring and using James and Suzanne’s firm again for future trips.

It was our first Experience holiday using Oli motorhome, it was fastastic travelling round Wales for 2 weeks. The kids love every minutes in Oli van especially at overhead cab. The staff had been brilliant services using email, answer the question when needed, on hand over checklist in person. Friendly staff. Always there when needed. Will recommend everyone to Olimax.

We had a great weekend in 'Henry'. Picked up on Friday lunchtime and James gave a thorough tour of the Motorhome, how everything worked etc. The kids absolutely loved the adventure of driving down to Kent, where we were staying on a friend's farm to celebrate their 50th Birthday. The Motorhome was clean, in good condition and well equipped. Great communication from James and Suzanne throughout. Thanks!

We have just spent 11 nights travelling the NC500 and the Isle of Skye in Max the 4 berth Swift Sundance. We had great instructions and communications from Olimax and although we didn't need it, we knew they were contactable to help at anytime when we were away. Lovely clean and spacious van with comfy beds. The views from the back seats were amazing!

Hired Henry for one week , booking was easy , pre checks very efficient and Suzanne was incredibly helpful in the process , a really informative demonstration pre leaving, James answered any concerns and was very speedy with one query when we were away. A really comfortable van resulting in us planning our next trip !
