Nigel has done surveys for me personally and also for several of my clients...he’s approach is very personal and he takes away all of the jargon, letting you know in plain English whether your house purchase is worth the price your paying and highlighting any potential issues. He is a seasoned surveyor with years of experience and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I decided to use Nigel Evans when I was purchasing my new house, as I had been impressed with the approach he took when carrying out a survey on behalf of the purchasers of my previous house. Once instructed, he promised to provide the written report within 48 hours and did so. It was comprehensive, informative and easy to understand. Looked around locally and decided to give Nigel Evans a call who gave professional and knowledgeable advice without the BS.After comparing all the surveyors we had researched, we decided to go with Nigel who without a doubt delivered a great service and detailed report.
