We can’t thank Caitlyn enough for her professionalism, caring nature and how amazing she was with such a daunting and sad time. We were so assured our boy Bobby was in the best hands, and we took happiness from the fact he was at home, in his bed and completely comfortable and loved throughout. We received a lovely photo of his paw-print, flower seeds and a lovely hand written message from Caitlyn. Thank you so much for giving Bobby the most comfortable experience possible, we are so grateful for your service.

A perfect day. I took Audrey out for her final walk around the castle then it was tuna and hairdryer and then she settled down on the sofa for a nap until the doorbell went. She got down, sniffed and licked the vet then got back onto the sofa ready for sleep. It was all so calm and peaceful with all her family around telling stories about her until she was placed in a basket and taken to the car. Only when the car drove off did my heart break.

Eddie was just approaching his 14th birthday when he had a vestibular event which, after veterinary treatment he did not recover from. We decided to contact Caitlin at Forget Me Not Pets so he could leave us peacefully, at home with his family around him. Caitlin is a calm, warm and caring person, who talked through the process with us and was available throughout the next days to answer any questions we had. When Caitlin arrived on the day, she sat and talked with us and then administered a sedative so that Eddie could drift off to sleep before his final journey. His final moments were peaceful with his family around him at home and we are so grateful to Caitlin for her compassion and kindness. Caitlin took Eddie for cremation and delivered him back home to us, just over a week later.The service Caitlin provides is personal and professional and we recommend her services to anyone who has to go through this most difficult experience, we are glad we chose her for Eddie’s final journey.

Bo was our beloved 9 year old German Shepherd. She suffered with her hips and began losing the use of her back legs.We wanted her passing to be peaceful and at home.Our main reason for choosing Forget Me Not was reading the reviews online,which is why I am writing this review.Caitlyn is a professional, caring,kind and an empathetic person.Bo instantly liked her which was a huge relief for me,as Bo was an anxious dog around new people.Caitlyn talked us through the whole process.Bo's passing was everything we could of hoped for.She was given a sedative, this didn't stress her for a second.We then played one of Bo's favourite game.(finding small treats in the living room)She found them all!.As she slowly walked back to me happy with herself finding them,tail gently wagging,she tired and laid down by my side and gently fell asleep in my arms,being kissed,stroked,told that she was beautiful, loved,cherished,brave and such a good girl.Once she was deeply asleep in my arms,Caitlyn gave Bo her final injection when I was ready.Not once did we feel rushed,we were given all the time needed at every stage. I received a card with a lovely message from Caitlyn, Bo's paw & nose print along with some Forget Me Not flower seeds, which we will sow in Bo's favourite place by the pond in our garden.I can't recommend Forget Me Not Highly enough.I hope my review helps some loving pet owners.Alison & Mark

Yesterday we had to have our best friend of nearly 16 years put to sleep, we had a lady called Caitlyn come out and honestly there aren’t enough good words in the world to describe how much more comfortable and at peace she helped me and my family feel. If anyone is wondering about doing this than a standard euthanasia in the vets I promise it is worth every penny. She was so patient and gave us time to process what had just happened and I honestly could not recommend this company and particularly caitlyn enough. Caitlyn if you see this, thank you so much for everything you and your team do x

It's unusual to find a vet who is equally as compassionate with the owners as they are with the animals. Caitlin manages this effortlessly, both animals and owners alike are put at ease.I would recommend Caitlin to anyone approaching the time to say goodbye to their beloved furry family member,she always goes over and above from the first point of contact.

I am leaving this review here in loving memory of our gorgeous little Yorkie, Riley.Our girl was 18 yrs 6 months old. We knew time was short, Riley had never been a sickly dog but old age had started to claim her health. As a family we couldn't bare the thought of repeating the same process of taking another of our beloved pet to the vet surgery for euthanasia. Luckily, after resurching we found Caitlin. We are so glad we did! . Riley had the most wonderful send off she deserved. Caitlin was so friendly, professional, kind and compassionate we knew she was in safe hands. From first phone call to bringing Riley home to us was the best we've ever encountered at such a devastating time. We have her paw prints and bottled fur clippings to keep. Although it's only been a few weeks and miss her dearly. We are reassured she was well cared for at the end of her beautiful life. We would absolutely recommend Caitlians service, you won't get better. Thank you so much Caitlin, keep up the great work you do, your an angel. Caitlin was absolutely amazing from the start with our phone calls right up until the end. This was the first time we have had to say goodbye to one of our fur babies and it just felt right for it to be done in Chester’s happy place at home surrounded by his little chihuahua family and he’s loved ones. Caitlin was so supportive and reassuring throughout putting our baby to sleep and was literally our rock as we were extremely upset.She let us have our own privacy to say goodbye and never rushed anything like a vet would do at a veterinary practice. I literally cannot thank Caitlin enough for being our rock and making the most emotional and heartbreaking experience as comforting as possible !I would highly recommend Caitlin if you are considering having to put your pet to sleep, as she is absolutely amazing, so compassionate and was able to visit our home with only 24 hrs notice♥️
