Took my wife here and straight from the get go we were greeted with kindest waiter who sat us to our table. The food was mouth watering good paired with the most excellent red wine. Brilliant ambience and very romantic. Will defiantly be returning soon.

Terrible terrible business model, soo overpriced, food is nice but not worth that much. To make it worthwhile you need to go through their stupid app which added an hour trying to sort out the bill, which we also needed to work out exactly our selves with calculators as we needed to pay separately. They also added a service charge" at the end which they had made no mention of

Yesterday I had the pleasure of being served by Bea at Pizza Express Harbourside in Bristol. Her exceptional service truly enhanced my dining experience. Bea's attentiveness, friendliness, and promptness stood out, making the meal enjoyable! I appreciate her commitment to providing excellent service. I will definitely return to Pizza Express.

Lovely experience! We could tell that they were really busy in the restaurant but experienced no negative impact on the service received. In fact totally the opposite! We had a great time being served by Angela in particular who was hilarious and super upbeat. Thank you very much to Angela and the rest of the team for the great time :)

Genuinely some of the friendliest service we've had in ages. The Front of House chap who seated us was so warm and welcoming, and our wait staff were lovely. Speedy service and delicious food and a nice ambience, too.

Great pizza and great prices. Staff were efficient and helpful. I went with the pancetta pizza with cheese dough balls and halloumi bites. Loved it all, but the pizza was special and I will definitely be back to have that one again! I knocked a star off as they hardly had any of the drinks I wanted available for whatever reason. Will be back.

First time eating at pizza express. Food was delicious , the staff were great and friendly. There was not much wait from the time of ordering to getting the food delivered. The waiter that looked after us also provided some great tips about he city and where to visit. He went the extra mile.

Takeaway ordered this evening on deliveroo. Took nearly 2 hours to arrive and was cold. Missing toppings, doughballs smashed to bits and soggy, coleslaw portion woefully small for the price. Thoroughly disappointing. We thought we'd try a 'nicer' takeaway pizza than dominoes etc but regretted it. Only doesn't get 1* because the quality of the ingredients was clearly reasonable. Won't be back. Hope the restaurant is better !
