I could not be happier with the care that has been provided for my grandma since her care started only a few weeks ago. My grandma was not sure at first as she is a very independent lady and likes things done her way, the carers have been so patient, caring and understanding with her, and she has taken to them so well now! My grandma loves seeing her carers now and even enjoys singing and dancing with them in the mornings which is lovely to read on the app while I am at university! I would recommend Care Confidence and their manager, Alex, to anyone in need of support with their loved ones. 10/10!!

Care Confidence have been looking after mum now since early April. Despite her frailty and bad fall mum was a bit reticent to allow any strangers" into her home. The ladies from CC have now become an integral part of mums life. They are there everyday for an hour

Alex and his team of carers have been doing a wonderful job in caring for my father in his home for the last six months. Dad’s care needs have changed during this time but Alex has managed to adapt to the care needs as required and has been able to respond at short notice when needed.Having had no experience of employing carers until earlier this year and hearing some negativity of care company's, I feel fortunate in choosing Care Confidence and can recommend them without hesitation.

Care Confidence look after my father-in-law and we couldn't be happier with the service we've received. The two carers that come to see him (Alex and Maria) are very caring and they are happy to go above and beyond. I highly recommend.

If I could more than 5 stars for the care my dad is receiving I would.Alex has tailored my dad's care package to include a late nightime call which is what I was struggling to find.this company fit around the client and give the most amazing professional care.i now have peace of mind knowing my dad is getting so well looked after when I'm not there.i have so much confidence in alex and would recommend to anyone to use this company above all other care company's.

The carers couldn’t have been kinder to my grandad in his final years and they were so amazing at handling him when he would get a bit confused as his dementia worsened! He loved his days out and it was such a relief knowing he wasn’t stuck in his flat all day every day with nothing to do! I can highly recommend Care Confidence.
