Friendly excellent service, Sean took his time and did not rush us. Once he found out what we needed he was able to show a variety of different cars.There was no hard sell just polite interest and good customer service.

I have been toing and froing for weeks about changing my car and Sean was always available to help without chasing me up. Honestly without his help I may have gone elsewhere.

What a great experience !I thought Volvo’s cars were for the older gentleman in life.My son came to me one evening and said dad a friend of mine has brought an XC90 and we need to go and look at this type of carSo the next day we went to Snows/Volvo at Winchester. I went in with a negative attitude but I started speaking to a gentleman who was not pushy his name was Nick he just listened to what I had to say and he gave me suggestionsI took on board what he said and started studying the Volvo range. I then visited the showroom at Winchester on 3 consecutive days and on the 3rd visit I purchased an XC60 which was their demonstration car.I picked up my XC60 yesterday and I’m amazed at the way it runs and the different options there are to choose from to drive it.The staff I met during my visits work very well as a team and nothing is too much trouble.Tom, the Salesman, went beyond his role of duty and is a great guy. I was promised a number of things and yesterday all things promised were supplied.I will close now but teamwork gets results and Snow’s at Winchester are an outstanding Dealer.I’m so pleased my son suggested that we visit this dealerKind Regards Mr T

Chloe and Adam at the service desk helped me on the spot, and additionally identified an outstanding recall whilst I was at the desk. Fixed on the spot - certified with Polestar warranty. And all delivered with a friendly smile. Couldn’t ask for more. 10/10 customer service

We had a very good experience buying our Volvo XC40 from Snows Volvo Winchester. The customer service is excellent and Jasmine has been extremely helpful. We gave a car for part exchange and the process was very straightforward. Jasmine helped to complete the paperwork online (because we were away) and she delivered the car to us in Bristol. Excellent service overall. Recommend.
