Nathan came out and fixed the problem (outside drain) within 90mins of making the initial phonecall. Paid the fixed price I was quoted. More than happy to recommend this service.

Nathan and Paul was really quick and responsive to my call out. They gave me a detailed explanation of the issue and resolved it quickly. Paul was very cautious of not damaging my bathroom tiles and bath panels - I am truly grateful for this.Friendly and approachable too as a bonus! My engineer Nathan came out really quickly 1 month ago to fix my kitchen and bathroom taps. He was really friendly and I would definitely contact them again. I've had my emergency plumber before to install a new shower.

Nathan called me back within seconds and advised me both how to fix the leak temporarily and how to continue with the job when I had more time. Will definitely be calling them when I get to the actual plumbing bit of the job. Thanks a million.

The on-site engineer (Nathan) could not have been more helpful. He clearly had a great deal of experience, tackled the issue confidently and, considering the nature of the job, carried it out quickly too. Polite, friendly and professional. Would recommend.

The engineer turned up in good time. Quickly assessed the repair and added an improvement to the pipework, completed the job and left it all clean. Not cheap, but you pay your money and get what you pay for. Very happy with workmanship.

My experience using My Emergency Plumber is only positive. Arrived at mine less than two hours after calling, and fixed my leaky tap really quickly. They were really thorough, and checked under my bath after fixing the original problem. They were super friendly and great value for money - would definitely recommend them!

I've used them for 2 jobs now and both times Mario was great. He quickly found the problem (1 broken flush and 1 leak), and sorted the jobs within the day. The second issue I had he actually came out on the day I called and completely fitted around my availability. I cannot recommend them enough and think the customer service from Nathan is also absolutely brilliant. Will always use these guys for future jobs from now!
