Brought twice, first time no email, no order, called them up and had to send them a screen shot of my bank to prove I had made a purchase.Decided to try them again, ordered on the 4th October, called this morning and was told they found my order and someone would call me back (They didn't) called them back 14:40 to be told AGAIN that they could not see my order but will have IT pull it through and have it sent out to me!! Spent over £800 on a heat sealing machine, the plastic cutting handle snapped of almost exactly a year after purchase, so I contacted them as this is clearly a fault. Not only did they refuse to replace the broken part, they wanted to charge me £69 for the replacement (a 2 inch piece of plastic). I won't be purchasing from them again.
