Pro 4 Wheel Alignment

Amazing all round service!I'm very particular with my car and after loads of research I chose Pro 4. I can't fault the service at all.Very professional and thorough. Explained the procedure from A to Z and answered all my questions. Went through the results (given on a print out) together and my car didn't require any alignment. Hence I wasn't charged the full amount, any other place would have charged the full amount and I would have been non the wiser.I appreciate the honesty of this chap, you gained yourself a loyal customer.P.s. A but tricky to get on the ramp in the narrow space. Any doubt let the chap do it himself.

I have a 2020 Toyota Land Cruiser that needed alignment as it had uneven tyre wear . I went to kwik Fit Balsall Heath and they told me that there was a problem with near side camber. Kwik Fit Balsall Heath however adjusted my toe which left my steering pointing left!!!. I took it to Toyota Steven Eagle in Birmingham and they said they cant do alignment on Land Cruisers. I then searched and took my car to Pro 4 Wheel Alignment. I did not have an appointment but they accommodated me because i am a doctor and i work in A&E and it was difficult for me to come back. They checked my alignment on Hunter HawkEye and explained everything to me. They explained on the monitor that there was a problem with just the toe and everything else was fine. They sorted it within 30 minutes and gave me a full report with acceptable tolerance levels for the 3 parameters and that my settings were now well with in the tolerances. Only charged me for toe adjustment. My car now drives perfectly well. I would strongly recommend Pro 4 Wheel. Nice well trained guy.

Super experience, better than the big name national companies. This local dedicated one bay establishment. Can offer you the best alignment possible. On a Hunter laser alignment. This guy is knowledgeable at his work. I have recently moved to the area, and can highly recommend him. I have visited many establishments including Britainnia in Coventry and Nuneaton. Who used to be brilliant. I am a motor trader so often using tracking alignment after track rod ends or suspension work. I am glad I found Pro 4 Wheel alignment. Set price list, I was paying around £20 for front wheel tracking over 15 years ago. Basic front wheels are costing £30 with a much better super laser alignment kit that is world renowned. Book with confidence, visit this centre.

Great guy, great service, Great price! 100% RecommendTook my Mitsubishi in had a bad tailing problem. I phoned up explained my car just doesn’t feel right as in it’s loose and all over the place, I was booked in 3 days after reasonable time. Did have a few issues (my fault) when trying to Aline my wheels but openly told me and recommended on what I should do. Had the work done in good timing, great chat and car’s handling is lot more improved (will have to come back due to a bolt and part need to be replaced so it can be fully set BUT he tried to line it the best he could while making sure nothing went wrong) can’t NOT fault BEST service I’ve had in a while.Again definitely recommend trying him out
