Inner Solutions Adults/ Children's Counselling, CBT therapy and Hypnotherapy in Lincoln

I researched for a therapist seeking help for my 14 year old daughter. She was experiencing ongoing bullying at school, her confidence faded, anxiety was beyond control, eating and sleeping was an issue, both her physical and mental health a cause for concern. I chose Sam and I couldn't have chosen more wisely. A truly patient,friendly,caring,experienced therapist who i would highly recommend. Thankyou Sam.

I can't give Sam enough praise. She really helped me through a tough time in my life and made me realize so many things about myself. She is calm, understanding, friendly and so supportive. Sam is amazing! When I initially reached out for help, I was in a really strange place and worried I'd never get out of it. On meeting Sam she was calm, approachable and instantly had a plan. Following an intense 6 appt session I am now in a really good place and able to focus as normal. I still see Sam for maintenance sessions which I requested as it provides me with some relaxation and 'me time'. I would not hesitate to go back to Sam if I had any other problems x

Sam helped me with my OCD and I improved so much due to her counselling. Without Sam I would’ve gotten worse, but she helped me through a difficult time whilst I was at University and I was able to get through it all. Highly recommend her :)

I initially started to see Sam for help with my perimenopause symptoms as I am unable to take HRT. She has given me a number of strategies to use to help with those symptoms which I have found really work. During our sessions I mentioned my fear of heights and we agreed that some hypnotherapy would be useful to help me with that. After just three sessions which included some hypnotherapy, I can honestly say that Sam has changed my life. I have just come back from a holiday where I did a zipwire which started 7 storeys high, was able to drive a car on mountain roads, rode a horse and went to a viewing platform at the edge of the Grand Canyon. Prior to the hypnotherapy I would simply not have been able to do these things at all. Indeed just looking at pictures of the Grand Canyon online made my stomach flip! From my initial telephone consultation with Sam she put me at ease and I have found her to be both friendly and professional. Her consulting room is a calming, comfortable space and the free parking is an added bonus. I would not hesitate to recommend Sam and would be happy to see her again myself in the future should I feel the need.

I had anxiety problems and not sleeping well. Very concerned about travelling away from home. I found the relaxation and hypnotherapy sessions extremely helpful and reassuring. I feel more confident and able to cope better with my future .

I was unsure what to expect before I started my first session at Inner solutions with Sam. I was feeling a bit stuck in life and struggling with low confidence and general anxiety. However, Sam's caring and compassionate approach to counselling helped put me at ease right from the start.
