Highly recommend. Great service and high quality kitchens. We've used Terence Ball Kitchens now for over 10 years - each time we move we get a nice new kitchen. John has always been brilliant and we've recommended them to other family members too (who also now have kitchens from TB)Also great after care service too. A dishwasher we installed a year ago as part of the kitchen refit and purchased through TB had an issue on Sunday. On Monday we call John who spoke with Caple and it was fixed today (Tuesday) all under warranty as promised. All working well and as it should again. Thank you John.

I have been buying kitchens from TBK for 6 years, being in the trade there is a huge choice of suppliers but you cant beat TBK for product quality, service and value for money. It's great dealing with a family business that offers such a personal hands on service something you don't get with the bigger kitchen suppliers. I would highly recommend them.

From initial design to post-completion, our Terence Ball Kitchens experience was exceptional. Not only is the product outstanding, but the customer service and attention to detail were real differentiators. My experience of Terence Ball kitchens has been excellent from start to finish. I had a very specific wish list for my new kitchen and utility space and Jon was dedicated, responsive and unwaveringly positive throughout the process. The finished kitchen and utility are exactly what we wanted and look even better than we could have imagined. We have just finished a large open plan extension which has transformed our home. A friend of mine recommended us to Terence Ball Kitchens. To start with they worked from the architects plans, it was great to see the kitchen design in a room that hadn't yet been built.. They also drew the whole extension so that we could see how the kitchen worked within the space along with our dining room table and also a lounge area. Once the extension was built Michael visited and check measured the kitchen area he also brought a large selection of doors and paint colours. We were very particular on the paint colour we wanted for the island and none of the standard colours they had were quite right. Michael advised that they could get the doors painted in any colour we wanted. We ended up choosing Farrow & Ball Elephants Breath. The installation team of Matt & Sam were great nothing was to much trouble we couldn't believe how quickly it all came together. The granite worktops were templated by Purple Granite on the Friday and then fitted on the following Wednesday, we very impressed with the turn around time as we feared we would be without worktops for a week or two. The service from start to finish was faultless and our kitchen/extension is where we spend the majority of our time. Thank you again Terence Ball Kitchens
