Was helped with 2 phone upgrades today with Shak, and he had excellent customer service, was extremely polite, and even apologised for a problem that'd arised in which he had no control over. He made the process so simple and easy, and made sure we were aware of everything that was happening at all times.

Staff not very helpful especially the store manager. Make silly excuses to cover up there mess and then close unresolved issue with own notes. Just keep pushing pillar to post.. waste of time

One of the female staff was rude didn't listen to me and was constantly raising her voice. But the manager was extremely supportive, sympathetic and helpful.The shop was quite busy which was great news for the shopping centre. Unfortunately Queensgate is falling apart the escalators aren't working on appearances more shops are closed than open, there were more security staff patrolling than shoppers at one point then I realised the place is plagued with shoplifters.Vodafone would be better moving location.

Many are critical of Vodafone after sales service.I have tried to keep an open mind over many years of being a customer but after three visits to the Queensgate store in the last 7 days, I have concluded their service is awful.Today was the final straw with an assistant manager who would not listen to my account, repeatedly stated like some parrot that he did hear what I was saying but when my logic and suggested diagnosis got the better of him , he decided that it could not be a warranty claim as the phone had signs of wear.It us less than two months old.
