Joe was brilliant from start to finish. He was easy to get hold off, he was friendly and knowledgeable. He was keen to provide us with what we wanted and made suggestions for ways to improve our ideas which were great and we implemented them. Joe was friendly throughout the process and he was flexible around our availability and what we wanted. Our new fireplace looks amazing and we can’t wait for winter to get it fired up properly. Our chimney sweep found a problem with the rather large chimney stack we have, we had water coming down the unlined flue, quite a surprise to us, it was going to be what we thought a long job. Really excellent service. Very professional. Installed the new stove quickly and neatly. Cleaned up and showed me how to use it!! Would thoroughly recommend these guys. Joe was very helpful. Even cemented my wobbly chimney pot!
