Food not very good at all, chips were cold chicken was not much warmer and rubbery also did not taste very nice. Will notbe going back there. Was there mid afternoon.

Took over 15 minutes to prepare the order. It was greasy, overcooked and dry, so much so my partner took one bite and threw her chicken in the bin. I thought holderness road was awful but these guys took it to another level.

This place is consistently bad. All they need to do is place in a bag, what it says on the screen.. Yet they still get it wrong. Not only that but your order is just thrown in a bag. Fries all over the place. Fries and popcorn chicken always half filled. Staff attitude is terrible. Just don't even bother with this place..

Ordered a delivery, took an hour and a half to arrive, not entirely their fault for that. But then they mixed up the order and sent 2 large beans instead of gravy pots. Not angry, just disappointed.

workers were disrespectful and talked down on me. one of them wore a grey shirt and was being disrespectful to me. didnt like the service at all wouldnt dine there again

As we approached KFC on Kingswood 3 rats rang across the doorway then when we went in 2 tables not cleaned absolutely covered In food and packaging then even though you seemed over staffed service was poor as they seemed more interested in looking after the drive through so all in all a very bad experience.

Normally KFC provides really tasty most chicken, but today it was dry, tasteless and really expensive for what it was. The chips were also flaccid and greasy. Given a three for service as I only ordered it, and my daughter did the legwork, but it did come fairly quickly. The atmosphere ok, but it was a fast food joint and therefore no effort was put into atmosphere"; standard practice for those types of eateries."

Got the order wrong but worked our cheaper so cant complain. Very expensive and was left still feeling hungry. Server never asked any questions, read the order back or anything like that. Over all not a happy visit and will not be going back any time soon

I was second in the drive-through behind a car that had ordered and was waiting at the window for his order. It took an age for the customer in front of me to get their order and then about 12 minutes to then get ours (1 x stuffing stacker meal), so around 20 minute wait. This is my nearest KFC, and from experience even if you order inside, you wait forever. I must comment that the portion size of the chips was that misely I'd have probably got more from a mcdonald's kids meal!! If you go inside you'll realise it's never busy here which is probably due to the poor service and waiting time. With Wendy's now open nearby, I can see this KFC franchise struggling even more

Came here for a quite bite to eat before going to the cinema. Stood for what felt like ages with 2 members of staff working away. Not once did the staff acknowledge our presence at the order counter. They just carried on working even tho they looked at us a number of times and carried on working.When I was finally noticed I asked to speak to the manager the young lady who I was going to complain about said she was the manager. I expressed my disappointment which fell on death ears.We sat down and outside was like a tropical storm rain wise. We were quickly surrounded by water from the ceiling leaking. My son told the manager who did now cone off the area and just said if you want to move that is fine.I can honestly say I WILL NEVER pass the door of this KFC again.
