Tried to get a window sill replaced, but after multiple times of saying they would come over, and not showing up without any communication, it never happened. Not sure the quality of work as they never turned up.

*AVOID* Worst window company ever. Left my windows in a worst state then before they were done. Do not use this company for your windows. The workers are so rude aswell and threatened me after i complained. *AVOID*

During a wider renovation project my general builder discovered that several of my original sash windows were beyond his normal repair capabilities so I called Luke and he came to do a no obligation survey. He provided a very comprehensive summary of the state of the windows and what was required. What was particularly helpful was that my property is Grade 2 listed but Luke provided such a detailed survey report that all I had to do was show it to the Conservation Officer and he was assured the repairs would be compliant with the listing, saving a lot of work on planning applications etc. Luke's previous experience on working on listed buildings and with the National Trust really showed. The craftsmanship that Luke and his team have demonstrated is absolutely amazing, producing exact replicas of the windows that were in situ already and they are now less draughty and more secure as well. There's still more work to be done and I look forward to working more with Luke and have no hesitation in recommending him.

Luke and his team did a great job on refinishing our large grade 2 listed sash windows. They managed to fit us in quickly and they were very friendly and completed the job to a high standard for a very good price.
