PC Kelly originally installed the underfloor heating and boiler in our house 13 years ago so when we bought our house 2 years ago we called them back to service the boiler and install a new pump. Very efficient, quick and did a professional job. Definitely recommend them. Our entire heating system still works flawlessly 13 years later...

Made a booking for 11am today, a week ago, was then called ten minutes before the appointment and informed that they could not make it. No reason given and tried to rebook for next week. Wasted my time, at least give plenty of notice. Unprofessional

22 Jan 2020 - Steve from PC Kelly Ltd, fully flushed radiators/checked all systems and did a very excellent job indeed with 100% improvement to the heating system. All equipment required was carried in the works van without the need for even asking for a cloth or a spanner !.Highly recommended at all times, and very reliable, and absolutely no hesitation in calling PC Kelly Ltd for any future work to be carried out.Thank you.

Enquired about an AC installation, where I received a comprehensive consultation on the benefits of air conditioning.The install was faultless and the 2 engineers that did the install was very professional and the attention to detail is very good where all exterior piping etc from the wall to the unit contained within plastic trunking which makes it more aesthetically pleasing than the pipes just running down the wall as that is what I was expecting.All PC Kelly engineers were strictly following COVID guidelines.Absolutely over the moon with the install and a great service all round.

I have tried to reach this company for over a week. Having been a previous customer when Chris was working for them, I was expecting courtesy, however I have been promised a call back to book in a plumber on 3 separate occasions which didn't materialise. I'm upset these guys are now so unreliable and discourteous in comparison to how they were last year.

He clearly knows what he is doing and I highly recommend Ryan and the company. If you need your heating or plumbing done, these are the guys you need to contact. Cracking team, great job.
