Alley Cat Car & Van Hire

Used Alley cat rental now numerous times and as always friendly and relaxed service. Rates are highly competitive compared with other rental services. Cars are always clean and decent vehicles. On this occasion needed a car short notice. No problem. Will be my go to for cars and vans in future.

We use Alley Cat for van rental regularly (at least once a month) and wouldn't go anywhere else. Prices are good, vehicles are clean and in good order and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

The whole process from booking through to collection and return was simple, fast and efficient thanks to the whole top notch, friendly and professional team. I hired the Ford Connect last minute at a great price, with no hidden extras (unlike other rental companies), which puts the company head and shoulders above all the others in my book! Thank you all so much for your fantastic service. If you're shopping around I wouldn't bother. I doubt very much you'll find better than Alley Cat Car and Van Hire. I recommend them 100%.

Hired a Luton van for two days for a house move. Collection and drop of was really effortless and the process was made simple by the team. Excellent service and the staff are very friendly. Van itself drove beautifully and you can tell they really look after their hire vehicles. Support the local business!

Extremely polite and friendly staff but also incredibly professional, vast selection of vehicles available incl camper vans!! There was no waiting around for ages to be seen here as there is with many vehicle hire places, very quick to get you in the vehicle and away. Definitely the most competitive prices I've come across, undercut all the other companies I made enquiries with!! All round good service, highly recommended!

Very Good!Professional, friendly, efficient and competitive. Clean and comfortable VW van as well. Can't believe other reviewers say they're difficult to get to. You can clearly see where they are before you book so you're free to choose another supplier if finding an address these days is too much for you. Second time of hiring a Luton with tail lift- this one a Citroen. For anyone worried about handling a large vehicle, do not be concerned. It is very light and pleasant to drive. The only criticism is that the handbrake is rather a grope to reach - oddly low down to the right side. Alley Cat's service was once again exemplary. On return I was under extreme time pressure, with the depicted aeroplane still to be flown away in the remaining very limited daylight. Alley Cat allowed me to drop the van and to dash off, agreeing to e-mail the end of hire docs. This was absolutely critical in allowing me to complete a very full day of tasks. Much appreciated.
