Stay away the worst company I have ever dealt with. The lady’s that answer the phone are so so rude, I corrected her on something and because I was right and she was wrong she put the phone down on me, then called back to ask to speak to a manager and just got attitude, there’s so many other companies don’t choose these.

Delivered to the wrong address on express delivery. Slow responses. No notification to tell me where my package had gone,.They are the only company that offer what we need, so will have to hope on my next purchase my order arrives.

Customer service is terrible the way he spoke to me over an error DPD made by not sending my items he told me to shop else where and when I was trying to speak he turned around to other colleagues saying “ oh here she goes again” and wasn’t letting me explain talking over me and wasn’t going to refund my money I would never use this company ever again TERRIBLE customer services !!!! Shop else where never in my life have I heard a company speak the way this man has ! Shameful

I ordered a bag but it was very large and too big for my son to carry, I requested a return but had to pay the postage of £9.95 which is totally unacceptable and I would think twice before ordering from this website as you end up incurring costs should you need to return anything.

Stumbled across this online shop and was pleasantly surprised. Lot's of branded clothing at a fraction of the price of other high street stores and most sizes in stock too. Website was very easy to navigate and items were delivered the next day which was unexpected but welcomed. Checked over clothing today as they were Christmas presents and noticed they were packed with care with no issues whatsoever. Highly recommend and will definitely use again. Thank you.

Great place! I only discovered Newitts whilst frantically searching for girls hockey equipment in York. Wide range of styles and colours and fast friendly service, I used the click and collect option and picked up my order within five minutes
