I met Steph under awful circumstances and i can only say how lucky we were to have someone so warm, caring and sensitive to help and guide us through mum's funeral. She is so friendly and approachable but still completely professional. I was amazed at the level of care she took with my mum's details, telling her story as though she'd known her and us for a long time. I can't recommend Steph highly enough. Thanks Steph you're wonderful x
