A very nice nature reserve to have a walk around. At intervals there are little pillars with information and facts on the wildlife in the wetlands which are very interesting.

Lovely small woodland/wetland area, a small walk but it has everything you need for a dogwalk or a bit of relaxation.

Nice place for a walk .but has been neglected. And local yobs have started fires and left empty alcohol bottles

It used to be a lovely place to either walk the dogs or run around, until the greedy developers blocked it off from the Linen lane direction.I suppose money over rides anything.Oh and yahoo? update your maps please.

Nice natural space in an industrial, urban landscape. Such a huge shame that the path is linear and there is no option of a circular walk

This was a lovely place for a short walk but unfortunately it was neglected and became overgrown and now has been closed. Disappointing.

There has clearly been a lot of renovation being done taking out the boardwalk and putting in a new pathway which will make the area more accessible, the walk is relatively flat route and once the work has been finished and the wetland has regrow it will be a lovely spot for spotting wildlife and a great asset to the area

Balloo Wetland
For a short, semi private, quiet walk in nature, this is perfect. The wildflowers are beautiful, the winding forest path leads to a larger stoned path around a pond. You can see the heron most days, surrounded by boggy wetland. Great for birdwatching. There are two picnic tables at the entrance.
