Autoglass Nottingham

Unfortunately, technician from Autoglass damaged my car and all the safety systems are now useless, without telling me and making decision only by himself.And now they say it’s my fault and they can’t do anything about it . Would not recommend to anyone , be warned , their technician do not know what they are doing .Case reported to insurance and Third party solicitors as it’s a huge negligence.

Excellent service. Easy booking by phone and appointment within a few days. Arrived 35 mins early and was met by staff member who immediately took details and got to work, so the job was completed early. Job was slightly more complex due to camera mounted in windscreen that required calibration and a visit to giltbrook. Job done very neatly, 5*.

I was able to drop my car off at the arranged time but due to work I was delayed in picking up. The centre was excellent and kept my car for me. They replaced the front windscreen efficiently and quickly.After the glass was fitted the guys even replaced my dash cam cables properly. The windscreen quality itself is excellent and heats better than the one replaced.The ease of booking is excellent too, they deal with the insurance for you and you just pay the excess. Good all around.

I arrived 10 mins before appointment but they did not mind. Gave me directions to a cafe. Estimate was 3 hours but they were done in 2 hours. Would definitely recommend these guys

Car had a chipped screen. Booked into Autoglass - 28 mile round trip. Tried to repair but the screen started to crack.New screen ordered and fitted at our house three days later.Excellent service.

The service provided by the staff at the Nottingham repair shop was efficient and friendly. However, I was very disappointed with the telephone booking service which was unacceptably poor. I was told that I would receive a confirmation email containing a link to allow me to check the booking on-line. The email did not arrive and I telephoned again a day later to request it and I provided two email addresses. I still did not receive the confirmation and link. This means that I did not receive a location map and as a result I had great difficulty finding the repair shop.When I arrived another customer was complaining that she had also not been sent a confirmation email and she had, in fact been given the wrong date by the telephone booking service. The work could not be carried out because there was no appointment available even if the replacement glass could be found. She was very concerned because she had taken time off from her carer responsibilities.You really can do better than this Autoglass and your workshop staff deserve better.

Excellent same day service, had to have a temporary wrap until glass was in stock, the next day they arrived exactly as promised, kept informed of arrival time by text and phone. Excellent service
